Science Research Workshop (SRW) Community

This website supports the proposal writing done by undergraduates in biology and chemistry enrolled in the Science Research Workshops (SRW). These workshops, run by the Searle Center for Teaching Excellence, help freshmen who are interested in doing research learn how to write effective proposals and obtain summer funding to work in a biology or chemistry lab on campus.

Some of the resources will be useful for anyone writing proposals for undergraduate science research grants. We welcome contributions to the site.  Please use the submission form link on the right to send your ideas or materials to me.
