SARP

The Study Abroad Office runs this small, intensive pre-departure program that focuses on study abroad research. Students are invited to participate based on their background, study abroad goals, and application essays. Specifics about SARP and related resources are available on their website. Many SARP resources focus on how to find a research topic and write an effective research proposal. Robin Leephaibul

Robin is Assistant Director of Study Abroad. Before joining Northwestern in 2006, Robin studied abroad at the University of Queensland in Australia, taught English in Japan and worked in the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Center for International Education.
